TIMES: GIRL SCOUTS 101 runs from 9:30 - 3:15. Drop off 9:00-9:30; pickup 3:15
Campers will bring a sack lunch Monday - Thursday.

EXTENDED DAY SERVICES: 

Extended day services are available for an additional cost of $25/week. Campers may be dropped off at camp between 8:00 and 8:45 and picked up by 6:00 p.m. Please complete the extended day section on the Girl Registration form.


Kindergarten through 4th grade girls will enjoy outdoor activities, hiking, climbing wall, archery, badge activities, and learning traditional Girl Scout skills.  They will make homemade ice cream, trail mix, and pretzel fires. Campers will tie dye a unit t-shirt and learn lots of new songs and games.  They will overnight Thursday night.  Friday they will finish up in their unit, have an all-camp lunch and participate in unit skits and songs.  Each girl with receive a badge, camp patch, swaps and a unit picture.  Campers may be picked up at carpool at 3:15.

Daisy - $75: for Daisies who have completed K through 1st grades.

Brownies - $75: for Brownies who have completed 2nd grade.

Fly-Ups - $75: for Brownies who have completed 3rd grade.

Juniors - $75: for Juniors who have completed the 4th grade.

Pioneers - $75: for Juniors and Cadettes who have completed 5th and 6th grades. Girls will enjoy advanced camp activities with an additional overnight on Tuesday.

Boys/Pixies Unit - $15: this unit is ONLY for staff children. Pixies (girls and boys, ages 2-5).                                                          Boys' unit (ages 6-11) will enjoy the same program as regular campers according to their ages.

Program Aides - Girls who have completed 7th-12th grade and have turned 13 may apply for this position. Girls must complete the Girl Application and all other required forms.  Girls must have attended camp as a camper.  Girls are required to attend training and volunteer from 6 pm Sunday to 6 pm Friday.  The girls will live in Woodview for the week and meals will be provided.   (see training dates below)

Volunteer Staff - The program fee is waived for the first registered camper for a parent who works the week as a unit leader and attends training. Additional campers of the same parent will pay $15 each.


STAFF TRAINING

Program Aide Week-end - March 15 - March 17  Friday 7:00 until Sunday at noon.

Camp Shawano   May 10 and 11  

           Program Aides - Friday May 10 and 11 - Friday from 7:00 to Saturday at 4:00

           Adult Volunteers - Saturday from 9:00 - 4:00

T-shirts are included in the camp fee. Staff for this session pays $7 for t-shirt (see staff registration form). If you are unsure of sizing, order up a size. T-shirts are pre-ordered according to sizes requested on registration and cannot be exchanged.
